To submit your prepaid order, use one of the following websites and at the checkout page, select the quote option. Print your quote and use it to make payment.

If your order is more than US$500, do not pay the shipping fees. Only pay the purchase price.

Payments may be made by wire transfer, money order, company check or cashier's check. 

Credit card orders and orders that are subject to a bank fee or transaction fee are not qualified for free shipping. Orders will not be shipped until your payment is cleared in our bank.
